From July 25-26, 2025 graduates embarked on a two-day outdoor training on an island in Taihu Lake. This was a trial of innovation, trust, and teamwork—41 individuals, 48 hours, interpreting the true meaning of “Courage, Unity, Transcendence” under scorching heat and blazing sun.

Cicadas chirped alongside the whistles and commands of “Leopard” instructors. Forty-one young trainees in camouflage uniforms transformed through relentless drills—postures shifting from unsteady to pine-tree straight, marching from chaotic to thunderous, chants from uneven to sky-piercing. Sweat-drenched uniforms etched the contours of discipline: repetition isn’t monotony, but the power of accumulation; standards aren’t shackles, but possibilities for self-transcendence.

After team formation, squads launched into core missions:
1. Mind Revolution: Minefield Challenge
Four teams sought escape routes in a booby-trapped grid.
“All these cells are dead ends! Is this unsolvable?”
Instructor “Hippo” ignited clarity: “Why not try the green ‘Minefield’ cells? Did labels blind you? Innovation breaks deadlocks.”
2. Values in Action
- 60-Second Decoding: Card sequencing revealed client-centric values—“Understand customers, find answers.”
- Tangram Simulation: “Open Innovation, Quality First” in practice—coordinating differences through collaboration.

Teams excelled across tasks. Instructor “Hippo” reflected:
