Principles of measurement
On April 12th, Dacheng Precision held 2023 Dacheng Precision New Product Release & Technology Exchange meeting in Dongguan R&D Center, with the theme of "Innovation Breakthrough, win-win future". Nearly 50 technical engineers, experts and corporate executives from BYD, Great Bay, EVE Energy, Volkswagen, Gotion High-tech, Guanyu, Ganfeng lithium, Trina, Lishen, Sunwoda and other companies in the lithium battery industry attended the meeting.
On the meeting, Zhang Xiaoping, the Chairman of DC Precision, on behalf of the company, expressed his welcome and thanks to all the customers and technical representatives who attended this meeting.
He mentioned that this was the sixth new product release and technology exchange meeting of DC Precision, and each meeting had brought different new products and innovative technologies. He said, “The innovative equipments shown in the previous meetings have become the mainstream equipments in this field in the industry at present, and I believe the new products and technologies shown in this meeting can also bring new value to our customers.”
03 The innovative products were released to show highlights
After that, the technical experts of DC Precision showed their innovative technology and equipment to the guests. Among them, the innovative technology of vacuum furnace, the new products including Super X-Ray surface density measuring equipment and CT computed tomography scanner made all people feel amazed. In the questioning session, everyone expressed their keen interests about these products.
While exchanging technical knowledge, new forms like "face-to-face question and answer exchange" and "remote connection with senior technical engineer" were adopted to discuss the development trend of the industry and process requirements. Some suggestions were put forward for the development of the industry and technological progress.
Afterwards, DC Precision organized the guests to visit its Dongguan manufacturing base. They visited the experimental prototype of the new products which includes Super X-Ray surface density measuring gauge, CT computed tomography scanner, the latest vacuum drying equipment and other measuring equipments like CDM integrated thickness and surface density gauge, so that customers could understand the latest equipment and technology more intuitively and comprehensively.
Mr. Zhang emphasized the following business philosophy of DC Precision in the meeting.
“Firstly, the continuous innovation should be made in the lithium battery industry. We learn from our colleagues and the guests here to enhance the innovative spirit and ability.
Secondly, the responsibility of promoting "Made in China" should be taken. The competition between countries is also the competition between enterprises and even individuals. The enterprises and individuals have the responsibility to contribute to the society.
Thirdly, the ‘key areas and stranglehold problems’ should be solved. If we have the ability, we should make contributions to our country.”
Finally, the meeting was successfully concluded with lively discussion and unanimous praise from the guests.
This is a meaningful exchange. Looking ahead, DC Precision will always adhere to the mission of "national revitalization and industrial invigoration for building our country", and join hands with colleagues in the lithium battery industry to act in good faith and be devoted to manufacturing industry.
